NDI software screen remains grey (empty) andthe message "searching for a system to connect to" appears at the bottom
This message occurs when the NDI Camera is not connected or improperly connected.
If you have this issue when opening NDI Track, use those steps to fix the problem and connect to the camera. Please select your camera type (Model shown on the front of the camera):
SPECTRA Model
- Deconnect and reconnect the power cable of the camera
- Unplug and plug back the USB cable into the computer.
- Restart the computer
VEGA Model
- Deconnect and reconnect the power cable of the camera
- Unplug and plug back the Ethernet cable into the computer.
- Go to the top left of NDI Track and click: File > Connect to > Choose [Polaris Vega…]
