If you have an issue with the "Postural Static Alignment" calibration step.
This is the last step of the calibration phase. The patient must perform a locking and unlocking movement with the assessed leg.
For this step, the KneeKG-3D–Tracker-FemoralTM, the KneeKG-3D–Tracker-TibialTM and the KneeKG-3D-Global ReferenceTM must be GREEN.
IMPORTANT: For this calibration movement, the patient must NOT be holding the treadmill arms.

If you have an issue with this step, here are a few tips:
Visibility of the KneeKG-3D-TrackersTM
Make sure all the needed trackers (KneeKG-3D–Tracker-FemoralTM, the KneeKG-3D-TibialTM and the KneeKG-3D-Global ReferenceTM) are in the field of view of the NDI camera or that visibility is not obstructed.
If the patient is tall, you may need to tilt up the camera to ensure visibility of the pelvic tracker.
Patient Positioning
For this movement, the patient must be perfectly parallel to the treadmill.
- Precisely align the KneeKG-T-BlockTM against the treadmill edge to ensure it is parallel to the walking direction.
- Stabilize it with your foot to ensure it does not move.
- Ask the patient to carefully place their heels and toes against the T-Block.
- While always stabilizing the T-Block, ask the patient to lock and unlock the assessed knee without lifting their heel.
- Start the recording.
To ensure valid data, make sure the patient is fully extending their knee during each movement and that they are not touching the treadmill arms.
*Remember, move in front of the treadmill to asses if the static alignment determined by the KneeKG System is realistic.
